Well...what a week!

After a long break away from doing anything fun, I am now back to posting regularly!

Over the last few weeks I have been working hard to finish my 8000 word dissertation - so in some ways, this lock down came at the right time for me! Like every body else, I was not able to go out and get distracted no matter how much I wanted to...instead, I was stuck indoors staring at a screen for what felt like a lifetime.

However, now that it has been submitted I have the question looming over me, a question that most of you have been asking yourselves for the last week...

how am I supposed to keep busy during this lock down?!

I haven't had this much free time since I was a baby...

With nowhere to go outside of the home, I have come up with a few ideas to keep myself busy for the coming weeks. I will being continuing on with all uni assignments and drawing prompts, spending time with my family, chores around the house, tending to make my garden beautiful, gaming and producing a variety of art prints that will hopefully go on sale after the lock down is lifted!

Here is the first of probably many drawings to be done during this lock down...the prompt for this week, surprisingly was 'Lock down'...this quick illustration shows my tortoise planning to escape from the garden - like he has been doing over the last few days!

I will continue to post at least once a week from now on, just to keep you guys updated on any projects I have going on!

So, stay home, stay busy and stay safe x
