THE ROCKS OF SCYLLA

'The Rocks of Scylla' was the story I chose to develop for the 'Concept Development' assignment during my second year at university.

For this assignment, we could either conjure up a new Greek myth, or develop an existing story. I decided to develop an existing story based on the characters; Poseidon, Glaucus, Circe and Scylla - I also added my own character into the story, The Cyclen (a mix between a Cyclops and Siren). The story is based on some of the events from 'Homer's Odyssey', with a slight twist.

I completed this project individually through the pre-production stage - with this assignment we did not have produce a final piece, but solely had to concentrate on character and story development.
