THE WANDERING FISH

'The Wandering Fish' was a potential story idea I started to develop for the 'Narrative Animation' assignment during my second year at university.

The story is based on the adventure of Axel, a male Axolotl living in Lake Xochimilco, Mexico. Due to the rarity of the species, Axel believes he is the only one of his kind living in the lake - but one day he meets a suspiciously similar looking creature, her name is Rocio. After a long day of near death experiences, Rocio saves Axel from the humans.

I completed the pre-production stage of this idea individually - this was my original chosen idea for the assignment but after some development, I decided to continue with the development of 'Flora's Remedy'.
